2. When we receive your Registration Form, we will send your details on to suitable Au Pairs, when we receive positive feedback, potential Au Pair details will be sent to you. These files will only be sent to your family, so therefore it is advisable to let us know within 1 or 2 days of receiving the files if the au pair meets your requirements.
3. Once you have informed AU PAIRS 4 U Agency that a particular applicant is acceptable. We will confirm his/her availability. We will arrange for you the host family to telephone the Au Pair for an introductory chat, during which the details of the job you are offering should be outlined.
4. The next day we would appreciate feedback regarding the telephone call, meanwhile AU PAIRS 4 U Agency will also have spoken to the Au Pair’s Agent.
5. If both parties are happy to proceed, you will need to write a Letter of Invitation to your Au Pair along with this the Placement Fee is also due.
(No LOI will be forwarded unless payment is received)
A sample copy will be sent to assist you.
6. We will confirm your chosen Au Pair only on receipt of your fee. Your letter of invitation will be forwarded to the Au Pair’s Agent. Often their anxious parents will appreciate a personal letter from you, in addition to the formal letter of invitation.
7. On receipt of your LOI your chosen Au Pair will make his/her travel arrangements, some agents do scan the travel ticket and email it to AU PAIRS 4 U Agency, in these instances we will forward all travel details including the ticket. If there is a significant gap in the Au Pair booking his/her ticket and arriving we do advise you to make a couple of phone calls in between, even though AU PAIRS 4 U Agency is in daily contact with their agents.
8. It is essential that you confirm your Au Pair's travel arrangements with him/her 24 hours before their arrival date.
Should the family not be able to collect the Au Pair from the coach station or Airport at stage 7 above, the host family will book the Au Pair a coach ticket with assistance from AU PAIRS 4 U Agency for their onward journey.
